Healthy Hair Care Routine

1) Washing Routine - Your hair-type will determine your cleansing routine, some of you may need to shampoo daily while others every other day or even once a week. Dirty hair lies flatter and looks more spares. The key is to wash and condition your hair correctly. Use your fingertips but not your nails to gently scrub your scalp. Rinse hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Hot water dries both scalp and hair.

2) Conditioning Routine - Conditioning is important as it helps to nourish, smooth and hold moisture in your hair. Do not over-condition as it might cause the outer layer (known as cuticle) of hair to lift making hair brittle and leading to breakage.

3) Combing Routine - First separate your hair in small section, then use a wide-tooth comb to comb from your head down to your hair tips. It is highly recommend to comb brush your hair before brushing it. Avoid hard brushing hair and extensive teasing. Hair is always weak when it is wet and brushing can easily damage it.

4) Drying Routine - Dry your hair gently with towel before blow drying. Don't rub your hair too vigorously with a towel. To avoid harmful friction between the towel and your hair, dry hair first by wrapping your head in a small micro fiber towel for a few minutes. It reduce the time of blow dry. Always remember to keep your hair dryer at leaches 5-6 inches from your head to reduce the heat damage to your hair. Air-dry whenever possible. Try to minimize the use of blow dryer as the strong heat tends to damage the hair, also the moisture lost makes them look rough and lifeless.

5) Trimming Routine - Trim your hair on a regular basis as it is important for growing out layers and/or bangs to reshape and make each stage of growing hair out a style.

6) Styling Routine - Choose the correct styling products which will make your hair look great. Styling products usually contain alcohol or chemical, choose carefully to avoid damage to you hair. Well Balanced Diet - Iron Deficiency can sometimes cause hair loss. It occurs most likely in vegetarians. Iron can found in dried fruits and cherry juice. In additional, Vitamin C helps your body to absorb iron. A Good & Balance Nutrition is vital to a healthy hair growth.
